Since my late teen years my left testicle is rotating 180 degrees all the time, and I manually rotate it back (clockwise if I look down to it)
Rotating it “back” relieves the little pain/irritation it gives.
What can I do to get rid of the irritation and the rotation permanently?

Flott video. Eneste lille rettelse er at det er Dartos man evt lukker hvis man lukker i 2 lag. Tunica vaginalis deles på 2:30 og vrenges opp. Det er derfor man heller ikke trenger orchidopeksi for å unngå retorkvering ettersom testikkelen blir fiksert/adherent i en sub-Dartos lomme.
