Let me sit back at the moment;I will chip in later on
The success of a group task is highly dependant on each member chips in however there is always someone sits back and waits for others.
I absolutely love working among other people, that's why i always try to chip in as much as i can.
I would ask the member why is he doing that, and wheter he wants to do another activity instead of sitting back.
Thanks for the nice video. As for me, I prefer to work independently. I don't like being dependent on others.)
1- yes i always chip in, in a group by giving my creative ideas nd efforts to complete the work successfully of the group.
2- first I'll talk to him, what's the problem why he/she not doing their work properly? If there is no problem then I'll talk to the leader of the group/team to say him to do work…
Nd if i become the group leader, then I'll set the time of work nd rest. For this the group members have no excuse to not do the work nd get lazy.
On my team, weÂīre all expected to chip in. ItÂīs how we achieve our goals. If someone sits back and slacks off, it doesnÂīt work out as planned.
If someone sits back and slack off or gets lazy, this person will definitely be called out on it.
When it comes to working with a team, I usually chip in to make a successful project. But i can't put up with people who sit back and watch me do the work they are supposed to do.
Best energies to you, Teacher.
We SAT BACK and waited for them to make the first mistake. Everybody CHIPPED IN to pay the bill.
Yes, I think that's right and just.
Well, if somebody only watches relaxed and others work it's necessary to say it him and invite to work as others.
It's nice to greet you , teacher. Please ,take a look at my example. Being a football player myself I chip in , as long as it's a major part of this activity but when the things get tough some others sit back pretending to do efforts. ))
please not sit back and get relax and lazy ,we must chip in and do something for improve our world , help and make smile for people around of us who need it.
I love sit back and learn from your English lessons while I chip in my order pizza order!
If I'm in a team I always chip in. I have an obsession to be the most influential one in the team .
If we work as team and sb just sits back and does not get involved, I cuss him out! ðð
Hello jennifer
Why dont you come to Turkey to see historical placeses.
I can help you if you want to come.
Let me know you will come so I can help you as much as I can.
You are the best teacher…..
I love you as a teacher
Thank you so much
Thanks for your job!
Usually working in a team I chip in, as I believe it's the main part of success.
I try not to deal with lazy and irresponsible people who sit back and don't get involved into a process ð
Very useful. Thank you madam.
Hi ma'am âš
I don't have any preferences on being a team player or doing something independently. So If I did something in a group I would love to chip in my efforts and time in order to get it done at least amount of time as well as if anyone who sits back without doing their part I may tell them to chip in whatever you could So that we will finish it on time.
Even at home while doing chores I usually chip in to help my mom with chopping vegetables doing dishes instead of sitting back let my mom doing all chores alone.
When I was studying at college I was staying at hostel Then If anyone had birthday we all chipped in to buy a present.
Thank you so much ma'am ð

I'm so good for working individually but when I have to work in group, I chip in very much. I don't really understand if it is because of different culture or what. When I work in a team, someone works always with mistakes and I have to tell her correct. Sometimes I have to report to the manager to some extent to need to confirm who is correct. Finally it was me. So the manager knew that person made a mistake again. This person got unhappy as she thought I would not report to the manager but she made some many mistakes and so frequently. The thing made me not undertand is the big boss thought I should have been nicer to her. What ridiculous. Why I have to correct her work. I save money for the boss and that personne make lost money for the boss and the boss would think like this!
Funny that the preposition will change according to the noun it precedes…âwork ON a teamâ as opposed to âwork IN a groupâ. Great lesson, though, as usual. Thanks!
Thank you teacher Jennifer we all love you
Really you very good and kind ð
1. I always chip in to contribute my ideas when working a group
2. When having a lazy member in team, I usually report that politely to the head of the group and ask them to stop her/him from sitting back and relax while the others chip in.
Hi Jennifer, I joined your channel back in 2008. Since then I always enjoy learning here. Undoubtedly, your channel is one of the best ones on YouTube. Thank you so much for your contribution to assist masses in learning and improving English language.

As I'm working in a team I always try to chip in and help when is necessary while few of my colleagues like to sit back and relax…

I wanted to set up a new library. I proposed to my friends for this and they chipped in whatever they could. Even, they didn't set back but helped me a lot while arranging all the stuff.
